   Green Tea - Matcha

Matcha is a fine, powdered green tea used in Japanese tea ceremonies.
It is easy to make it at home.

Matcha: 2 chashaku spoons (2g)

Put Matcha into a bowl. Pour 90 degrees Celsius (194 F) hot water until the bowl is half full. Mix Tea and Hot water with Chasen. Move Chasen quickly as if writing "M".

When it starts bubble, move Chasen in big circular motion about 30 times quickly.

Take Chasen out from the middle of the bowl.

Note

You can use a regular tea spoon (Matcha: 1 tea spoon) instead of Chashaku.
If you don't have Matcha bowl, you can use a cafe au lait bowl.
