| Boil Water. |
Cut Tofu to small cubes. |
Slice Green Onion thin. Soak Wakame in water 3-4 minutes and drain. |

| Add Bonito Stock into boiled water. |
Stop heat and add Miso Paste. |
Use ladle and chopstick or utensil to mix miso and water. |

| Start heating and add wakame and tofu. |
Just before the soup boils, add green onion and stop heat. |
Pour into a Japanese wooden bowl. Finished Miso Soup!! |
