You will needs:Sprouting seeds (Daikon, broccoli, mustard seeds etc...) |

| Put Sprouting seeds in the jar |
Add water and soak overnight. |

| Put a clean sponge or paper towel on the bottom of the container. Pour enough water to soak. |
Transfer the seeds from jar to the sponge.

| Keep it in a dark place and spray with water if necessary. |
Once the roots have grown into the sponge, rince 2 or 3 times a day. |

| When the sprouts grow to hight of 5 to 6 cm (2 to 3 inches), put then under direct sunlight. (They will only turn green if you expose them to light.) |
Harvest time : about 7 to 10 days. You can pick them!! |
