Wash the rice wellseveral times. |
Transfer the rice to the rice cooker or cooking pot. Add water and leave it about 30 to 60 minutes. . |
Prepare your sushi vinegar. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt together. |

Start cooking! |
Start cooking rice at hight heat untill water starts boiling. You must leave it covered. |
Simmer at low heat allowing the rice to steam for 15 minutes. Remove your pot from the heat and let stand covered for another 15 minutes. |

Transfer the hot rice into the mixing bowl. Mix the rice and sushi vinegar together. Don't mash your rice! |
Use fan to remove excess moisture and make rice shine as you are mixing the rice and vinegar. |
